Our 2021 Process

Team Leadership Bootcamp

Using our team norming process, we quickly work with school leadership teams to develop exquisite norms, practices, and procedures that ensure highly effective and satisfying teams to lead schools.

Pulse Check Survey

Our Pulse Check Survey gathers critical inputs from educators to provide leadership teams with the most pertinent data to identify immediate and long-term areas of improvement.

Ongoing coaching and networking

Throughout the process, we stay connected with leaders and teams to help them refine and craft their practices to assure ongoing growth. We also connect school leaders from around the country with one another to share practices and ideas to create networks of professional support.


Pulse Check Survey

Our Pulse Check survey and ensuing team development focuses on three areas:

Empathy, perspective taking, and educator well-being should be present in all systemic and personal intersections within the school.

Connection

Relationships and practices should be centered on recognizing the human experience and forging strong connections amongst colleagues and to the profession itself.
